Project Community Connections. Inc. (PCCI) is dedicated to connecting people experiencing homelessness in need of decent, affordable housing to available housing options in the market and to improve the quality of life of homeless individuals and families by providing ancillary services that promote personal and economic self-sufficiency.
This program is implemented through a networked referral and placement system provided to non-profit service agencies and public/private housing owners.
Since 1999, Project Community Connections, Inc. (PCCI) has been assisting individuals and families experiencing homelessness to reestablish themselves in communities and find a place to call home. In close collaboration with numerous human services providers and a wide range of property representatives, PCCI has placed thousands of men, women and children into permanent housing settings that meet their particular needs for location, price and accessibility.
