Connecting people with a place to call home
Project Community Connections, Inc. is dedicated to connecting people experiencing homelessness in need of decent, affordable housing to available housing options in the market and to improving the quality of life of homeless individuals and families by providing ancillary services that promote personal and economic self-sufficiency.

Criteria for Program Services
To qualify for PCCI’s housing placement services, consumers must:

Be homeless according to federal guidelines: includes                       anyone lacking a permanent address and who is 1) street                 bound or existing in a place not meant for human                               habitation, 2) residing in an emergency shelter, 3) living in             a transitional housing setting, 4) facing an immediate                       housing eviction, or 5) fleeing a domestic violence situation

Have the ability to live independently or live with others in             a supportive housing setting

Receive an income that will support the costs associated                  with housing. If entitlements (Social Security, Pension, VA            Benefits, etc.) account for income, proof of award is                          requested. If employment serves as income, the client must          show proof of employment and must have maintained the              same employer for at least two months

Be referred to the program through a coordinated                              appointment process

Be willing to participate in a comprehensive housing                         assessment process
