Margaret Schuelke - Executive Director
PCCI’s efforts are led by its Executive Director, Margaret Schuelke. Margaret came to PCCI from PRISM, Progressive Redevelopment Inc.’s property management affiliate, where she served as Vice President and Director of Operations. Prior to her joining PRISM, Margaret served as the Chief Operating Officer for the YWCA of Greater Atlanta. Margaret also served as the Assistant Director of Program Operations for the DeKalb County Police Department. Her interest and exposure to the field of affordable housing came during her tenure as the Director of Fund Development and Technical Assistance for the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership (ANDP), Inc. Margaret received her B.A. from Georgia State University and her Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Georgia.
Jimiyu Evans - Program Manager
Prior to joining PCCI in 2008, Jimiyu worked for the Department of Family and Children Services as a Social Services supervisor for the Investigations unit. Jimiyu has extensive experience in social services and juvenile delinquency and has partnered with various community agencies to coordinate exceptional service to children and families in need. He earned a B.S. degree in Criminology from Florida State University, where he developed the strong passion for social services. At PCCI, Jimiyu works with the homeless population as a Program Manager where his goal is to connect homeless families and individuals with an affordable place to call home.

Holly Bills - Director of Accounting
Joining PCCI in 2011, Holly Bills brings and array of knowledge and experience. Most recently, Holly served as the Director of Accounting for Progressive Redevelopment, Inc. (PRI), where she was responsible for the full scope of accounting and financial reporting. Holly has over ten years of extensive accounting and human resources experience, specializing in the non-profit and property management fields. Prior to joining PRI in early 2006, Holly was employed with a private investment group where she supervised numerous multi-state commercial and residential properties. Holly was involved with all aspects of the portfolio from loan originations, property acquisitions, to property management and financial reporting.
Nancy Zimmermann - Housing Coordinator
Prior to joining PCCI in July of 2011, Nancy worked for DeKalb Community Service Board as a Case Manager with the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program (HPRP). Nancy has many years of experience in the Social Services field working with a number of different populations including senior citizens, youth, and those suffering from mental illness. Nancy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Rochester Institute of Technology. At PCCI, Nancy works as a Housing Coordinator working with individuals and families helping them to obtain affordable housing while maintaining their dignity.
