Our only job is to help you become stably housed–permanently–so you can thrive in all aspects of your life. As part of this, we connect you with resources, guidance, and job training to help you stay out of homelessness… forever.
If you are homeless and seeking services, please contact the following Coordinated Entry Access Points based on where you are experiencing homelessness. The Coordinated Entry Access Point will then conduct an assessment and refer you to the appropriate program or service as openings become available.
All clients in Atlanta and Fulton seeking PCCI services must be referred through the Atlanta Coordinated Entry process. To begin the process, please visit one of the Coordinated Entry Access Points.
All clients in DeKalb must present at a DeKalb homeless agency to get a pre-screen completed. Clients will then be directed to lead agencies focused on specific groups such as: veterans, men, women, families, and unaccompanied youth.
Clients can complete an online pre-screen to determine eligibility..
