Get Help: Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)
A program to assist homeless Veterans and their families to become rapidly re-housed and self-sufficient.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Veteran Family:
Veteran* who is a single person, or;
Family in which the head of the household, or the spouse of the head of household, is a Veteran.
Very Low-Income: Less than 50% area median income (AMI).
Currently homeless and residing in an emergency shelter, transitional housing, or a place not meant for human habitation.
*Veteran means a person who served in the active military, naval, or air force, and who was discharged or released there from under conditions other than dishonorable.
Documentation of Veteran status is required for SSVF enrollment.
SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
Rapid Re-Housing, to reduce homelessness among veterans
Case Management
Coordination and Linkage to VA and mainstream benefits (medical, mental health, substance abuse, housing, etc.)
Financial Assistance for initial move-in costs as eligible
Advocacy
Housing Locator Services

PCCI Services cover participants homeless in City of Atlanta and the following counties: Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, Henry, Rockdale, Gwinnett, and Douglas.
Veterans are welcome to present at the CRRC to determine eligibility for other agencies. The CRRC is located at:
