Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)
A program to assist Veterans and their families that are experiencing homelessness to become rapidly re-housed and self-sufficient
* Veteran means a person who served in the active military, naval, or air force, and who was discharged or released there from under conditions other than dishonorable.
Documentation of Veteran status is required for SSVF enrollment.
PCCI Services cover participants experiencing homelessness in City of Atlanta and the following counties: Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, Henry, Rockdale, Gwinnett, and Douglas.
Veterans are welcome to present at the Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC) to determine eligibility for other agencies. The CRRC is located at:

Veterans who are at risk of losing housing may qualify for SSVF prevention assistance.

If you are with an agency and wish to refer a veteran for Rapid Re-Housing services, please use the Agency Referral page instead.
Veterans: Please fill out the form on the right if the place where you slept last night matches one of the following:
An Intake Coordinator will contact you shortly to complete an eligibility screening.
If you are in a situation other than those mentioned above*, please use the Homelessness Prevention Form instead.
* This includes housed, temporarily staying with friends or family, staying in a hotel paid for by anyone other than an agency or charity, in an institution (including the Domiciliary at Fort McPherson) for more than 90 days, or in an institution for less than 90 days and you were not unsheltered the night immediately prior to entering that institution.
If you are a veteran currently experiencing homelessness, please complete this form and an Intake Coordinator will contact you to conduct in eligibility screening.

*If you are in an institution (including the Domiciliary at Fort McPherson): In order to be eligible for SSVF Rapid Re-Housing assistance, you must have entered that institution less than 90 days ago and on the night immediately prior to entering that institution, you must have slept either in a place not meant for human habitation or in an emergency shelter. If on the night immediately prior to entering the institution you were in any other situation (including Grant-Per-Diem transitional housing), you are not eligible for SSVF Rapid Re-Housing assistance.
**If you are staying in a hotel or motel that is paid for by anyone other than an agency or charity (e.g. yourself, friends, or family), you are not eligible for Rapid Re-Housing services. You may be eligible for SSVF Homelessness Prevention assistance and should fill out the form on our Homelessness Prevention page instead of the form on this page.
