When complete, Thrive Sweet Auburn will include a mix of permanent supportive housing, market rate and affordable units for households earning between 30% and 80% of the Atlanta Area Median Income (AMI).  The building will also feature studio, one, two and three bedroom units ranging from 430 to 1344 s.f.    By accommodating households with varying incomes and providing a diverse unit mix, together, PCCI and Mercy Housing Southeast strive to make Thrive Sweet Auburn an inclusive space for residents with different needs.
