Housing

When complete, Thrive Sweet Auburn will include a mix of permanent supportive housing and affordable units for households earning between 30% and 80% of the Atlanta Area Median Income (AMI).  The building will also feature studio, one, two and three bedroom units. By accommodating households with varying incomes and providing a diverse unit mix, together, PCCI and Mercy Housing Southeast strive to make Thrive Sweet Auburn an inclusive space for residents with different needs.
