Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)
A program to assist Veterans and their families that are experiencing homelessness to become rapidly re-housed and self-sufficient
* Veteran means a person who served in the active military, naval, or air force, and who was discharged or released there from under conditions other than dishonorable.
Documentation of Veteran status is required for SSVF enrollment.
PCCI Services cover participants experiencing homelessness in City of Atlanta and the following counties: Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, Henry, Rockdale, Gwinnett, and Douglas (see map below).
Veterans are welcome to present at the Community Resource and Referral Cetner (CRRC) to determine eligibility for other agencies. The CRRC is located at:

Veterans who are at risk of losing housing may qualify for SSVF prevention assistance. Go here for homelessness prevention services for veterans.
