PCCI’s SSVF program provides assistance for veterans who are at imminent risk of homelessness.
Veteran households living in the City of Atlanta and the following counties may be eligible for homeless prevention assistance: Fulton, DeKalb, Clayton, Henry, Rockdale, Gwinnett, and Douglas.
