Veteran’s Homelessness Prevention Assistance
PCCI’s SSVF program provides assistance for veterans who are at imminent risk of homelessness.
ELIGIBILITY
In order to be eligible for SSVF Homelessness Prevention assistance, you must:
- Be at imminent risk of homelessness within the next 30 days
- Have a current signed lease in your name–if you are requesting rental assistance
- Complete a Homelessness Prevention Screening with an Intake Coordinator and meet program qualifiers
