AVAILABILITY

Our SSVF program is at capacity for the month of November, 2025. We will continue to contact, screen, and provide resources for all referrals, but eligible clients will not be scheduled for assessment appointments until the first week of December.

If you are currently housed, staying temporarily with friends or family, couch-surfing, paying for a hotel, or in a treatment program, please use the Homelessness Prevention Form instead.
